An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly self-motivated Learning and Development professional to join our outstanding, high performing Trust and lead the Education, Learning and Organisational Development service.
The post holder will be accountable to the Executive Director or HR & OD for the provision of high quality Education, Learning and Development and Organisational Development services, fostering a culture of engagement, achievement and widening participation at all times. They will lead their team to ensure the effective delivery of the Trust leadership development programme at all levels and contribute to the design and delivery of the HR/OD strategy for the Trust. Thus ensuring that Education, Learning and Organisational Development services and programmes are embedded and act as an enabler for the wider Trust’s achievement of its long term strategy and plan.
Instantly credible at senior management level, the successful candidate will have a Masters level qualification or equivalent portfolio of demonstrable experience within a relevant subject. Alongside demonstrable, significant experience in Learning and Organisational Development you will have a strong track record of delivery within a large and complex environment.
With highly developed specialist knowledge in the provision of expert Learning and Organisational Development advice, you will have valuable experience of managing large scale transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
